Using our proprietary Maturity Assessment toolkit, Peru undertook a review of the IT Business Partner function, including:

Structured interviews across the business and IT, providing a 360-degree view of current ways of working and maturity levels

Defining the most appropriate target state to achieve the desired outcomes

Identifying key focus areas and an action plan to remediate

Developing a proposed operating model, where required

  • A recruitment and selection process to identify suitable IT Business Partner candidates, including coaching and mentoring
  • Realignment of IT Business Partners to key people of influence in the business
  • Clear definition of processes and responsibilities between IT, IT Business Partners and the business
