Peru was asked to lead the tender and selection process for a systems integrator to work with the digital platform provider to seamlessly integrate, transition and transform the bank’s customer journeys onto the new digital ecosystem.
In addition to the sourcing consulting process, Peru developed the supplier governance model and process to govern the new strategic vendors.
