## Challenge

##### Our Client was undertaking a workplace transformation programme, trying to understand the office of the future and post-COVID utilisation of office space. Existing technology investments needed rationalising and standardising whilst enhancing the user experience.

## Approach

Our multidisciplinary team of change and architecture developed an agile approach to capture requirements, evaluate commercial criteria and identified preferred solutions. Additionally, they delivered:

- Key use cases and workplace personas, following users through their multiple interactions with the office environment.
- Market analysis and horizon scanning of (worldwide) technology vendors and solutions.
- Key stakeholders' engagement to understand and validate the environmental requirements to enable reasoned product selection.

## Outcomes

- Peru was able to rapidly evaluate and standardise on key technology requirements and allowed advantageous pricing through global footprint leverage.
- Created a blueprint for the office of the future environment, sensitive to the fact that different geographies would have different working cultures.
- The blueprint ensured that the client could provide a consistent repeatable and best practice programme for both implementation and ongoing management of their global office estate.
