Darryl has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the IT Service Management arena. His key strengths lie in the discovery of process inefficiencies, silo practices and re-aligning them to support strategic goals, set at an organisation-wide level. The resulting initiatives lead to increased service capability, driving compliance and accountability, while ultimately reducing the cost of service provision. Darryl’s ability to interpret and understand business challenges and transform them into deliverable targets, has resulted in significant buy-in from stakeholders as they adopt more efficient ways of working.
Discovery does not end there. Darryl’s passion is to travel and see places over land and under the sea. You will often find him spending his spare time, trekking through valleys through to scuba diving adventures overseas.
