The Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, developing strategies, and providing recommendations to improve business performance. Additional day-to-day tasks include creating detailed reports, working closely with clients to identify needs and opportunities, and implementing solutions to drive positive outcomes. The role requires strong collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently.
You’ll work with clients from the UK and Europe across sectors such as retail, banking, financial services, public sector, technology, helping deliver excellent Change Delivery projects for them as part of our multi-disciplinary team. This role has the potential to develop into our next tier role, of Consultant.
Required technical skills and experience
You already have 2-3 years real-world experience gained in Consulting and can demonstrate your sound ability in core skillsets:
- Right to work in the UK or Ireland, which can be evidenced
- Business data: modelling, visualisation and analytics, using methods such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc; advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivots, lookups, financial modelling), stakeholder-ready visuals using Power BI/Tableau, and working knowledge of tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
- Report writing: bringing data to life in a compelling way to influence decision-making
- Project management: including time/task prioritisation, milestone tracking, stakeholder management, budget management, use of established PM methodologies, able to confidently run stand-ups and hold others accountable for project tasks and milestones.
- Change Delivery: over time you’ll develop your experience to include helping shape client proposals, project planning, running stakeholder management, stakeholder analysis, risk analysis, delivering communication plans, managing focus workshops, process-mapping and roadmaps, budget and time management, and rolling-out a variety of tasks using established change management methodologies.
- Stakeholder management: You’re confident engaging with senior client stakeholders, balancing delivery demands with commercial awareness and demonstrating consulting professionalism in all client interactions.
- Experience: Consulting, Change Transformation, or Digital transformation
- Commercial awareness: Demonstrate commercial awareness, understanding change and technology investments affect client cost, value, and risk.
- Agility and Delivery style: Able to quickly build rapport in varied delivery environments, adapting your approach to suit client cultures, team setups, and programme maturity levels.
- Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or relevant field – this shows us your academic capability and commitment to learning.
- Home office set up – we’ll provide you with an IT kit and cloud-systems access, you just need to have a good home office set-up for effective working when required to do so remotely.
- Domain familiarity: Experience or interest in one or more of our core domains: Strategic Sourcing, Change Delivery, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Desirable: experience or qualifications in any of the following will put you top of our shortlist: ITIL, Prince 2, Agile, MSP, TOGAF, CIPS/MCIPS, CPSM, BCS Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt).

Development along the Consulting career path will include a mix of blended learning methods including workshops, in-person observations/paired work, mentoring, coaching and external training.
