## Rewarding work with *like-minded* people
As a better consultant, you’ll work with clients from the UK and Ireland on a diverse range of rewarding and challenging projects. You’ll have the freedom to manage them autonomously as part of a multidisciplinary team, but rest assured – we’ll give you the support you need through your regular team catch-ups, as well as our line management, buddying, and academy training programmes. We also host quarterly company socials where you can relax and chat with other Peruvians.
