Challenge

Peru worked with stakeholders to understand concerns and challenges.
We conducted an application discovery exercise applying multiple lens such as: Business Impact Assessments; DR Service Class assessments; Hosting locations; understanding of Critical applications; gap analysis etc.
An execution plan was developed including a DR design, test plans, an overview of current estate, and provided training to application owners.
We developed the transition plan to the target state.
