We’re a close-knit group of individuals who share common values, aspirations, and ambitions to drive meaningful change.
At Peru, we take pride in fostering a strong sense of community among our team members. From social gatherings and team-building activities to mentorship programs and skill development workshops, we invest in creating an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to reach their full potential.
In addition to our internal community, we extend our support to external causes that align with our values. Through various initiatives and volunteer opportunities, we contribute to social and environmental causes, striving to make a positive difference to the world around us.
Every quarter, we come together to reconnect, share experiences, and most importantly, have fun. These gatherings serve as a platform to update our team on business matters, provide valuable training, and celebrate the achievements of our better consultants. As our team is spread across the UK and Ireland, working on various client projects throughout the year, these events play a pivotal role in strengthening our community bonds.
To us, meaningful change doesn’t only involve business success. It also means creating a positive impact on society as a whole. In March 2021, Senior Consultant Sakhi Purewal volunteered at The Nishkam Healthcare Trust (NHT) to support the National COVID-19 Vaccination Program. Fully supported by Peru, she started as a volunteer and later became a Shift Lead, playing her part in vaccinating over 40,000 patients from diverse backgrounds while also addressing health inequalities in low vaccine uptake areas. Sakhi’s dedication and leadership exemplify our values at our company.
We actively encourage our better consultants to pursue their charitable interests. Our General Manager for Ireland, Brian Farrelly, recently co-authored his second book Frankie Gets in Trouble, which started as stories for his children when they were young. The book’s success has helped raise over €2,900 for two worthy causes, LauraLynn (Ireland’s only children’s hospice) and the Courtney Quin Memorial Bursary. Through his creative endeavours, Brian embodies the spirit of giving back to the community.
