Chris’ focus is helping organisations continually improve their IT operating models and spending, service delivery, user experience and business alignment. He has worked with companies across all sectors in the areas of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Cost Optimisation and Sourcing.
Chris enjoys sports, primarily running and football. His claim to fame is as an under-10 County Chess Champion.
