In his 35+ years in the IT sector, Dave has been responsible for transforming the performance of IT functions at international level. From individual and team coaching and development, through technology and process optimization, he has helped internal and customer-facing teams deliver measureable improvements in practice, performance and governance. His primary working objective is to “leave people, teams and organisations in a better place than when Peru began the project.”
During his time working in the Middle East, Dave qualified as an ‘open water’ scuba diver. However, he prefers dry land and spending time travelling, particularly in Italy.
