Jo’s passion for aligning business strategy and people-power drives her commitment to providing effective people solutions and operational frameworks to support our business.
For over 20 years Jo has delivered in operational roles supporting C-suite teams in sectors such as Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, Transportation and Management consultancy. This experience, along with her continuous learning in the People Profession, enables Jo to turn her hand to diverse challenges such as people strategy, employee lifecycle management, implementation of compliance and infrastructure projects, as well as running change management and corporate events.
Jo spends her downtime in East Cheshire with her husband, three children, and the family dog. Grateful to have travelled extensively during youth, Jo now bounces between family in Wales and Scotland, and in between can be found ‘plant-faffing’ in the garden or with her nose in a good book.
