Ethical sourcing practices and creating robust processes and policy form Ngaire’s main focus, with a special interest in the prevention of modern slavery in the supply chain. With 15 years professional experience, across most sectors (Charity, Public Sector and Financial), Ngaire is keen to roll up her sleeves and assist in transforming the sourcing, supplier and contract management landscape for clients, and creating long-term mutually beneficial relationships for all Parties.
When she isn’t running tenders or defining rules of engagement, Ngaire spends most of her time with her two young daughters but tries to find time for swimming and cooking. Pre-children, she was lucky enough to see some of the world, and especially enjoyed snorkelling in coral reefs.
