With a Financial Services background, Richard’s focus is business process and effectiveness analysis, particularly in Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Lifecycle, Supplier Management and Service Management.
His 30-years plus IT background has enabled Peru to develop a range of services including Sourcing and Procurement toolkits, vendor management consulting and ITIL-based service management. With a keen eye for solutions, he can transform ‘traditional’ ways of working that make a difference to entire organisations. With a strong background in regulatory, legislative and audit controls and measures, Richard helps our clients achieve a pragmatic solution to their compliancy needs.
Richard also leads our Practices structure as well as personally owning the Sourcing & Supplier Management Practice, ensuring Peru has all the collateral and information at our disposal through the Practice Leads, to deliver on our propositions and commitments to our clients.
Outside work, Richard enjoys trying to improve his golf handicap and easing his conscience for exercise with some leisurely badminton.
